Stainless steel is a great durable material to use on appliances surfaces or around your home in general. Many people think just because it is called ‘stainless’ steel it will keep that spotless shine with no effort. The fact of the matter however is although it is resistant to stains, corrosion and rust it is not completely safe from it but the good news is that with a quick wipe down every once and a while your stainless steel items can remain clean and shiny for years to come!
It really takes nothing tough or chemically strong to clean your stainless steel items even just a simple bowl of warm water and a cloth will suffice in most cases. Just rub the area in a circular motion with the water and dry with a dry microfiber cloth and your steel should come up shiny and clean.
However, for grease and fingerprints it is not much harder at all simply add a few drops of washing up liquid to your warm water and give it a good scrub making sure to maintain the circular motions. Wipe off any excess suds or residue and dry once again with a dry microfiber cloth. Also window cleaner can be very effective to remove grease and fingerprints but is chemically strong so it may be just as easy to stick to your washing up solution.
